history

The place, which probably goes back to a Wendish castrum , was given to the Kolbatz monastery as a fief by Duke Otto I of Pomerania in 1329 . The village was initially separated from the other possessions of the monastery, until the monastery was able to establish a connection to the other monastery property by acquiring the neighboring Lübenow in 1372. Later, Ückerhof, like Lübow, was lost again to the Kolbatz monastery, when and how is not known.

In the 14th century, Ückerhof was a knight's seat of the noble family von der Osten , from the 15th century it was a fiefdom of the noble Schöning family . In their feudal letter of 1477 it was listed as an independent estate in the spelling Uckerhaue . On the Lubin map of the Duchy of Pomerania from 1618, the place is recorded as Ukerhoff . In Ludwig Wilhelm Brüggemann's detailed description of the current state of the Royal Prussian Duchy of Western and Western Pomerania (1784), Ueckerhof was listed as a knight's seat and Vorwerk among the noble estates of the Pyritz district . At that time there were seven households ("fire places"), a windmill and an iron quarry. In the 19th century, District Administrator August Peter von Schöning , who admittedly mostly stayed in the town of Stargard in Pomerania , had his rural residence here.

In Heinrich Berghaus ' Landbuch des Duchy of Pomerania (1868) Ukerhof was listed as a manor among the localities in the knightly district of Pyritz. At that time the place had 58 inhabitants. In addition to the estate, which included a mansion in a simply rural style , there were day laborer's apartments and a windmill.

In 1910 the Ückerhof manor district had 98 inhabitants.

Later, Ückerhof was incorporated into the rural community of Muscherin . Until 1945, Ückerhof belonged to the municipality of Muscherin in the Pyritz district of the Prussian province of Pomerania .

After the Second World War , Ückerhof, like all of Western Pomerania, came to Poland. It received the Polish place name Ukiernica .

Administrative structure

The village forms a Schulzenamt in the Gmina Przelewice (rural community Prillwitz) and belongs with this to the Powiat Pyrzycki (Pyritzer Kreis) in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship .
