The Gmina Przelewice ( German municipality Prillwitz ) is a rural municipality in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland . She belongs to the Powiat Pyrzycki (Pyritzer Kreis) . The administrative headquarters are in Przelewice (Prillwitz) .
General
The rural municipality of Przelewice covers an area of 162.20 km², which corresponds to 22.4% of the total area of the Powiat Pyrzycki , in the extreme east of which lies the Gmina. It belongs to the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (until 1998 Szczecin Voivodeship ). In the northwest area of the municipality lies the 0.738 hectare Jezioro Płoń (Plönesee) , which is flowed through by the Płonia (Plöne) on its 74-kilometer path from Jezioro Barlińskie (Berlinchener See) to Jezioro Dąbie ( Dammscher See ) .

Streets
Voivodeship road 122 runs through the northwest of the Gmina, coming from Krajnik Dolny (Nieder Kränig) on the Polish-German border via Banie (railway) and Pyrzyce (Pyritz) to Dolice (Dölitz) and on to Piasecznik (Petznick) . The rest of the municipality is accessed by side roads and country lanes.
rails
In 1898 a small railway line from Pyritz to Plönzig was built, which was operated by the Pyritz small railways. Of the 8 stations on this 19-kilometer route, 5 were in the area of today's Gmina Przelewice: Kossin (Kosin), Prillwitz (Przelewice), Kloxin (Kłodzino), Rosenfelde (Rosiny) and Plönzig (Płońsko). This line was still operated by the Polish State Railways after 1945, but was discontinued in 1954 and dismantled in 1987. Today there is only a rail connection via Dolice, 16 kilometers away, on the state railway line 351 Stettin – Poznan .
