Unterhausen is a district of the market in Dießen am Ammersee in the Upper Bavarian district of Landsberg am Lech .
geography
The hamlet of Unterhausen is about two kilometers west of Dettenschwang in the Lechrain area . The Hauser Bach flows east of the hamlet .
history
To the west of the hamlet there are some leveled burial mounds from prehistoric times .
Unterhausen was first mentioned in 1270 as Husen .
The hamlet formerly known as Edenhausen initially consisted of two half-farms and one Sölde, later of two farms and one estate. All properties were landable for the Hl. Geist Spital Landsberg.
Unterhausen belonged to 31 December 1972 the formerly independent municipality Dette exuberance and has been using this on 1 January 1972 after Diessen incorporated .
