Võlla (German Wölla ) is a village ( Estonian küla ) on the third largest Estonian island of Muhu . It belongs to the rural community of the same name ( Muhu vald ) in the Saare district ( Saare maakond ).

The place has 31 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2011). It is seven kilometers northwest of the Kuivastu Ferry Terminal .7

At the center of the village there is a 2.6 meter high boulder . Its circumference is 18.2 meters.

The place is best known for its "holy oak", which the Estonian photographer Johannes Pääsuke immortalized in one of the most famous historical photographs from Livonia before the First World War in 1913. The tree dried up during the Soviet occupation of Estonia and was felled on the night of January 1st, 2008.
