Four winds is a district of Grevenbroich in the Rhine district of Neuss , North Rhine-Westphalia .

location

The village is located northeast of the main town. The village of Kapellen / Erft is located east of Vierwinds . To the west runs the federal highway 46 with the junction Grevenbroich. The nearby motorway service station bears the name Vierwinds .

history

In 1794 French troops occupied the place. 1815 Four Winds came to the Kingdom of Prussia and in 1816 the municipality Hemmerden in county Grevenbroich in the administrative district of Dusseldorf allocated. In 1930 four winds came to the Hemmerden office . Since January 1st, 1975, Vier winds is part of Grevenbroich.
