Wachterschlößle (Memmingerberg)

The so-called Wachterschlößle is a former country estate that was built between 1520 and 1542. It is located in Memmingerberg , a municipality in the Unterallgäu district , Bavaria . The listed building was built for the Mayor of Memmingen , Hans Keller. The castle is a three-storey gable roof structure , the storeys of which are divided by profiled cornices. There used to be arched windows in the building, these were replaced by modern windows. The extension on the north side of the castle is of modern origin.
