The Postal rock mountain located south of the hamlet Boss Arts and northeast of Lower Village in Wolfertschwenden in Swabian Unterallgäu .
Geographical location
The castle stables of the Spornburg are on the Bossarter Höhe at 756 m above sea level. NN over a 15 meter high wall. The geological organs are located near the castle.
history
The castle was a fiefdom of the Ottobeuren monastery . A Rüger I from Felsenperoh (Felsenberg) has come down to us from 1370. The castle fell into disrepair as early as 1424. From this year the castle was owned by the Ottobeuren monastery as a castle stable. In 1815 the wall and moat could still be seen. The Burgstall is now a listed building .
