The Rochlitz constituency was a state electoral district for the state elections in Saxony in 1990 , the first state election after the re-establishment of the state of Saxony. Its constituency number was 57. For the 1994 state elections , the constituency structure was changed as a result of the district reform, and the number of constituencies was reduced from 80 to 60. With the exception of three municipalities, the area of ​​the constituency of Rochlitz became part of the constituency of Mittweida 2 . The municipality of Langenau, which was still independent in 1990, was incorporated into the Döbeln constituency in 1994; the municipalities of Erlbach and Hausdorf changed to the Muldental 2 constituency
