Walter Braun (administrative lawyer)

Walter Braun (born June 2, 1884 in Ratibor ; † June 14, 1933 in Belgard an der Persante ) was a German administrative lawyer in Prussia.

Life

Braun studied law at the Silesian Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität and became active in the Corps Lusatia Breslau in 1904 . Since 1908 court trainee and since 1912 court assessor, he worked in Wroclaw at the Bank for Commerce and Industry and as a lawyer representative. In 1915 he moved to the public prosecutor's office in Breslau . In the Free State of Prussia , he joined the administration of the Province of Brandenburg in 1919 . In 1920 he became a government assessor in the Frankfurt administrative district , then district administrator in the Arnswalde district . The University of Wroclaw doctorate him in 1924 to Dr. iur. In 1926 he came as a Government to Government in Cologne and in 1927 as Senior Government to Government in Szczecin . In 1929 he became district administrator in the Bublitz district in the province of Pomerania . When the district was dissolved in 1932, he moved as district administrator in Pomerania's Belgard district . He was director of the district fire society and sat on the supervisory board of the Köslin-Belgarder Bahnen . He committed suicide shortly after his 49th birthday.

Braun was a member of the German National People's Party .
