Winninghausen coat of arms
Blazon : "In green over a golden watermill wheel, a silver ram's head ."
Justification of the coat of arms: There were only a few reasons for a coat of arms from the history of the place, once the extinct knight family, which undoubtedly had its seat here, and a watermill attested as early as 1304, which also gives the oldest information about the village. In memory of the gentlemen "von Winningehusen", the head of the ram from their coat of arms and the wheel of the water mill were added to the coat of arms.
