coat of arms
The draft arms from country Ringshausen comes from the in Gadenstedt born and later in Hannover living heraldic and graphic artist Alfred Brecht , who has the coat of arms of Aligse , Bantorf , Barrigsen has designed and many other villages in the district of Hannover. The approval of the coat of arms was granted on December 7, 1965 by the district president in Hanover.
Blazon : "About two trapezoidal hills LABEL FOR, blue sign foot a silver Palisade , also in blue against red bar a golden crowned and reinforced , increasing silver lion ." | |
Justification of the coat of arms: The Counts of Roden are of the highest importance for a coat of arms on a historical basis , as they were the earliest owners of the place and its court lords as clearing masters before they committed the village to the Amelunxborn monastery . The "Ysenborch", which dates back to prehistoric times and was later included in the Landwehr they built by the Counts of Roden , could not be ignored. One of the proposals based on these two historical facts was decided unanimously by the council of the municipality at its meeting on May 30, 1965. |
