societies

Through the Munich clubs SV Schwarz-Weiß München and SV Gartenstadt Trudering , Wolfgang Schober moved to the youth department of FC Bayern Munich for the 2003/04 season . He went through the respective youth sections and finally as A Teenager in common with today's professionals Toni Kroos , Thomas Müller and Holger Badstuber in the U-19 Bundesliga 2006/07 runners-up.

The following season he moved from the U-19s of FC Bayern Munich to FC Red Bull Salzburg , for whose second team, Red Bull Juniors Salzburg, made his first league debut on April 15, 2008 against SC-ESV Parndorf 1919 . Since then he has been a regular goalkeeper in the reserve team of FC Red Bull Salzburg. With the 2008/09 season Schober belonged to the professional squad, but continued to collect match practice in the second team. After a serious injury to Eddie Gustafsson , RB Salzburg signed three new goalkeepers, Gerhard Tremmel , Alexander Walke and Niclas Heimann, for the 2010/11 season , with Heimann scheduled for the second team. Schober was only one of five goalkeepers; he was awarded to TSV Hartberg .

In the summer of 2011, Schober was signed by SV Ried . On May 13, 2012 (35th matchday) he made his debut in a 1-1 draw in the away game against FC Trenkwalder Admira in the Bundesliga . On June 11, 2013, FC Wacker Innsbruck signed him .

At the beginning of January 2015 he moved to the third-class regional league team Union Vöcklamarkt .
