The U-19 European Football Championship 2007 was held from July 16 to 27, 2007 as the 23rd U-19 European Football Championship in Austria . The winner was defending champion Spain with a 1-0 win against Greece . The German junior team failed in the semi-finals, hosts Austria were eliminated in the preliminary round. The Switzerland failed to qualify for the tournament itself.

The eight qualified teams were divided into two groups of four teams each. Within the groups, each team played each other once. The first two in the group contested the semi-finals. The semi-final winners reached the final.
