Xenia Florence Gabriela Sophie Iris Princess of Saxony, Duchess of Saxony (born August 20, 1986 in Düsseldorf ) is a German singer , actress , writer and columnist . She lives in Berlin .

Life

Xenia is the daughter of the farmer Theo Clevan and the hairdresser and beautician Iris Princess of Saxony, Duchess of Saxony (* 1955). According to her own statements, she was the victim of abuse by her birth father when she was seven years old. When she was ten years old, she was diagnosed with a bone tumor on her skull, but it could not be removed until six years later.

In 2004 she founded her first pop band Expensive Surprise , with which she appeared several times in the program Popstars on the private broadcaster ProSieben . In 2005 she played in the ProSieben television series Die Burg , in which Frédéric Prinz von Anhalt also took part. In 2007 several of her columnist articles were published in the Mallorca newspaper . In 2010 she shot with Michaela Schaffrath , Peer Kusmagk and the ProSieben presenter Funda Vanroy on the island of St. Lucia for the taff series Projekt Paradies . Xenia comes from the House of Wettin . Her mother Iris is the daughter of Timo Prince of Saxony, Duke of Saxony (1923–1982) and the Mülheim rose queen Margrit Lucas (1932–1957). As the granddaughter of Timo Prince of Saxony, Xenia is a great-great-granddaughter of the last King of Saxony, Friedrich August III.

Iris Princess of Saxony, Duchess of Saxony (* 1955) was the first German woman to use the name Princess , whose name was taken from a man according to the new married name law. Her first marriage was in 1975 with Jürgen Hadam (* 1950). In 1977 she married the industrial clerk Wolfgang König (* 1943), whom Leopold Graf Deym von Stritez had adopted, in 1977 . He took the name "Prince of Saxony". The marriage was divorced in 1983, after which she was in a relationship with Xenia's father Theo Clevan. In 1988 Iris Princess of Saxony, Duchess of Saxony, married Ulrich Schuhmacher (* 1953), and in 1996 with Wolfgang Döhring (* 1941). He has also been called "Prince of Saxony" since the wedding.

Xenia has a sister, Xandra (* 1990). In April 2015 Xenia and her then partner Rajab Hassan became the parents of a son.
