Yunyang (Chongqing)

Yunyang ( Chinese  云阳 县 , Pinyin Yúnyáng Xiàn ) is a Chinese district of the government- direct city ​​of Chongqing . It has an area of ​​3,634 km². In the 2000 and 2010 censuses, Yunyang had 1,219,647 and 912,912 residents, respectively.

The Zhang Fei Temple (Zhang Huan hou miao 张 桓侯 庙 or Zhang Fei miao 张飞庙) located in the county area has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (5-380) since 2001 .
