The 1st Yugoslav Football League in 1927 was the fifth season of the highest Yugoslav division in men's football . It began on June 5, 1927 and ended on July 10, 1927.

Hajduk Split became the master .

mode

The two regional associations Belgrade and Zagreb were each represented by two teams. The three winners of the regional associations Belgrade, Zagreb and Split qualified directly for the final round. The remaining four winners and the runners-up from Belgrade and Zagreb played for three more places in the final round.

For the first time, the master was determined in league mode. The six teams each played against each other once. The master and runner-up qualified for the Mitropa Cup .
