The 1st Yugoslav Football League 1930/31 was the ninth season of the highest Yugoslav division in men's football . It began on September 6, 1931 and ended on December 6, 1931.

Champion became Belgrade SK .

mode

This year two new regional associations were founded with Niš and Cetinje. 21 teams took part in the qualification. After a vote on April 6, 1931, the mode was changed. Instead of the knockout system , the teams were divided into three groups (Zagreb, Belgrade and Vojvodina). Of these, three teams qualified from group 1, two from group 2 and only one from group 3.

The six finalists played against each other twice on ten match days.
