Adriel Jeremiah "AJ" Green (born on 31 July 1988 in Summerville , South Carolina is) a US American football poker players on the position of wide receiver . He played college football at the University of Georgia and was selected in the first round of the 2011 NFL Draft by the Cincinnati Bengals . Since then he has been active for her in the National Football League (NFL) and was elected to the Pro Bowl every year from 2011 to 2017 .

Early years

Green attended Summerville High School, where he played basketball and athletics in addition to football . He was considered a great wide receiver talent early on and was listed by Sports Illustrated as the best player of his year. In his school days, he achieved a total of 5,373 yards of space gained by passing catches, which is the second best value ever achieved by a high school football player.

As a sophomore in high school, Green decided to attend the University of Georgia later . There he played for the Georgia Bulldogs from 2008 to 2010. In 2009 he caught 47 balls for 751 yards and 6 touchdowns, despite having been injured in the last three games. Green was selected fourth in the 2011 NFL Draft by the Cincinnati Bengals . On July 28, 2011, he signed a four-year contract for $ 19.6 million. In his rookie season, he broke Chris Collinsworth's 1981 franchise record by catching passes for more than 1,009 yards (1,031). On game day ten, he caught a touchdown pass against the Kansas City Chiefs in the ninth game in a row, setting a new NFL record. In the Pro Bowl he won 119 yards and three touchdowns.

In 2013 he set new records in pass catches (98) and caught yards (1,426) and scored eleven touchdowns. He's also had six 100-yard games, five of them in a row, which is a Bengals franchise record.

In the 2014 season he missed three games due to a toe injury and still managed to gain over 1,000 yards of space and six touchdowns. However, he missed the play-offs and could not intervene in the defeat by the Indianapolis Colts .

On the third day of the 2015 season, Green set a new personal best with passes over 227 yards and two touchdowns in the last quarter of the game against the Baltimore Ravens . On the 13th game day he broke in the game against the Cleveland Browns by pass catches the 1000-yard mark, which he succeeded as the second player after Randy Moss in each of his first five NFL seasons.
