African Games 2019 / Athletics - Women's high jump

The women's high jump at the 2019 African Games took place on August 27 at the Stade Moulay Abdallah in Rabat .

13 high jumpers from nine countries took part in the competition. Rose Amoanimaa Yeboah won the gold medal with 1.84 m, silver went to Rhizlane Siba with 1.81 m and the bronze medal went to Ariyat Dibow Ubang with 1.81 m.
