Agnes Reisch (born October 11, 1999 ) is a German ski jumper .

Career

Agnes Reisch made her international debut on August 14, 2013 as part of the Alpencup in Pöhla. At one of the following competitions from the Mittlere Schanze in Einsiedeln , she achieved her first podium placement in September. At the Nordic Ski Games of the OPA , the Allgäu woman won bronze in the individual and silver with the team. In the summer of 2014 she won all four Alpencup competitions in Pöhla and Bischofsgrün . As a result, she also won the most competitions and secured the overall victory.

As part of the European Olympic Winter Youth Festival 2015 in Tschagguns , she won bronze in the individual competition and gold in the mixed team, tied with Luisa Görlich . Then Reisch secured silver in the individual at the Nordic Ski Games of the OPA and gold together with Henriette Kraus and Luisa Görlich. In March 2015 Reisch won the final of the DSV School Cup and was thus the 2015 German Youth Champion.

In summer 2015, she was on the podium again in the first six competitions in the Alpine Cup. In September, the then 15-year-old achieved a podium finish in the Continental Cup for the first time with third place in Oslo.

At the end of January 2016, she made her World Cup debut in jumping in Oberstdorf and became the 13th best German athlete. In February Reisch took part in the Winter Youth Olympic Games in Lillehammer and was able to win the silver medal with the team.

At the 2017 Junior World Championships in Park City , Utah , Reisch won the gold medal in the team competition with Gianina Ernst , Luisa Görlich and Pauline Heßler and the silver medal in the mixed team competition with Martin Hamann , Gianina Ernst and Constantin Schmid . In the individual competition, she came fifth.

At the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2019 in Lahti , Finland , she won the silver medal with the junior team together with Jenny Nowak , Josephin Laue and Selina Freitag and with the mixed team, which also included Selina Freitag, Luca Roth and Constantin Schmid , the Win bronze medal. In the individual competition she was 16.

At the Grand Prix weekend in Hinterzarten , Reisch finished sixth at the end of July 2019. As the best German she was nominated for the mixed team competition, which she won together with Juliane Seyfarth , Karl Geiger and Richard Freitag .
