The German Ski Jumping Championships 2019 took place on October 18 and 19, 2019 in Klingenthal , Saxony . The organizer was the German Ski Association , whereas WSV 08 Johanngeorgenstadt was responsible for the implementation. The jumps were held on the large hill covered with plastic matting in the Vogtland Arena ( K 125 / HS 140 ). An individual competition was held for men and women, and a team competition was also held for men. In addition, the title of German Junior Champion was awarded and a competition for the German Cup for seventeen-year-olds was held. German champion was Karl Geiger , who also won the team competition together with Moritz Baer , Constantin Schmid and the reigning world champion Markus Eisenbichler . Juliane Seyfarth became German champion in women.
The equipment controls took place according to the latest FIS regulations . The championships were held together with the championships in Nordic combined .
The competition for the title of German Junior Champion already took place on September 7, 2019 from the Kälbersteinschanze in Berchtesgaden . Josephin Laue won the championship jumping ahead of Arantxa Lancho and Michelle Göbel .

Men singles
The individual competition took place on October 18, 2019 from the large hill. Later master Karl Geiger showed the longest jump of the day with a distance of 144 meters in the first round.
Men team
The men's team competition took place on October 19, 2019 on the large hill. After twelve teams took part in the competition in the previous year, there were only eight in 2019. All came into the evaluation.
