Altınoluk (Kurd. Elwer) is a village in Yüksekova County, Hakkâri Province . It is located in the southeast of Turkey , 5 km east of the county seat. Altınoluk lies at 1900 m.

In 2000 649 people lived here. The Yüksekova City Administration's development plan for 2010–2014 indicates the current number of registered residents as 715. Land disputes resulted in a shooting and the death of a woman in July 2006. As a result, a blood revenge developed in which another person fell victim in March 2007. In 2010, a court issued long prison sentences.
