Andre Christian Kramer (born November 24, 1979 in Meschede , Hochsauerlandkreis ) is a German comedian , author and cabaret artist . He lives in Hamburg-Sankt Pauli .

Life

Andre Kramer was born in Meschede in the Sauerland. After the community service he took on the second chance his Abitur at the Overberg College in Muenster after and then studied law . After three semesters, he switched to political science , communication science and sociology at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster, where he completed his master's degree .

Career

Kramer's comedy program “Carrot is All!” Deals with the subject of BDSM in a humorous way . Before his time as a comedian, he won the VIVA Battle of the Bands 2003 as a singer with his ex-band , moderated by Sarah Kuttner and Klaas Heufer-Umlauf . The band then signed a contract with SAD Records and went on a European tour as support for H-Blockx for 35 shows.

In 2005 he was a candidate for the international production of MTV The Trips and won the first season of this show with his team partner from Spain, which was broadcast not only in Germany but all of Europe . In 2015 he took second place at the NDR Comedy Contest.

Kramer became known to a wider public during the riots around the G20 summit 2017 in Hamburg. Between the black block and the hundreds of police, Kramer was standing with a sign that read: “I'm a local resident and will only go to Edeka for a moment . Thank you."

The picture went viral on the internet. After Edeka reacted and Kramer offered to stay at home and bring him the purchases, he said that Edeka should donate this food to the homeless on the Reeperbahn . Almost all media, online and offline, reported about it and the donation handover was accompanied by ZDF and RTL Exklusiv. The picture was awarded 11th place of the 100 Pictures of the Year at Galileo Big Pictures on Pro7 2017 and 3rd place of the biggest exciters in Germany 2019, also at Galileo Big Pictures. 8th place went to the picture in the RTL2 production BigFifty - 50 snapshots that went around the world.

Kramer has been on tour nationwide since 2018 with his first comedy solo program "Zuckerbrot ist alle!" This was followed by TV appearances on NightWash and StandUp3000 on Comedy Central . He also appears at the NightWash mix shows and the Quatsch Comedy Club . In the meantime, Kramer worked as a writer for the satirical program Extra3 on ARD .

From 2016 to 2019 he organized his own comedy shows in the Bullerei , Tim Mälzer's Hamburg restaurant , in which he welcomed Chris Tall , Atze Schröder , Faisal Kawusi , Torsten Sträter and Carolin Kebekus as guests.
