Andrea Klambauer (2019)

Andrea Klambauer (born February 24, 1977 in Vienna ) is an Austrian politician ( NEOS ). Since June 13, 2018, she has been state councilor in the Salzburg state government Haslauer junior. II and thus the first NEOS politician in an Austrian state government.

Life

Andrea Klambauer attended the Wirtschaftskundliches Realgymnasium in Vienna- Floridsdorf , where she graduated in 1995 . She then completed a degree in business consulting professions at the Wiener Neustadt University of Applied Sciences , which she completed in 2000 as a Magistra (FH) .

Since 1998 she has worked in various companies in human resources , for example at Billa Dienstleistungs GmbH as an assistant to the corporate personnel developer , from 2000 at Hewitt Associates as a human resources (HR) consultant and from 2004 to 2006 for Siemens in Beijing as HR manager. After parental leave and moving to Bad Hofgastein , she worked at Salzburger Aluminum AG (SAG) in personnel and organizational development from 2007 to 2011 , and from 2011 to June 2018 she was HR manager at Eurofunk Kappacher GmbH in St. Johann im Pongau .

politics

For NEOS - The New Austria and Liberal Forum , she has been the regional coordinator for the Pongau since August 2016 . In the state elections in Salzburg in 2018 , she ran for second place on the state list behind Sepp Schellhorn .

On June 13, 2018, in the constituent state parliament session of the 16th legislative period in the Salzburg state parliament , she was appointed state councilor of the state government Haslauer junior. II , in which she took over the areas of housing, childcare, families, science, adult education, women, equal opportunities, generations and integration.
