Andreas Christ

Andreas Christ (born October 15, 1981 ) is a German actor .

life and work

Christ gained his first acting experience with the theater company Show Ab! and in some student shorts. He became famous with the successful teen film girls, girls on the side of Karoline Herfurth . This was followed by leading roles in films such as "Rec" by Marco Kreuzpaintner and "Hand In Hand", where he was seen alongside Sophie Rois and Martin Wuttke .

He completed his acting training at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts, which was followed by a permanent engagement at the Berliner Ensemble . He played there under the direction of Claus Peymann , Thomas Langhoff and Manfred Karge .

After ten years in Berlin, he moved to the Hanseatic city of Hamburg in 2011, where he has since worked as a freelance actor and musician. In 2012 he also showed his singing talent as Wilhelm at the Kiel Opera House in " The Black Rider ".

At the side of Volker Lechtenbrink he has played the role of Martin Wegner in the play "Der Mentor" by Daniel Kehlmann since 2013 .

As a musician he uses the name GERHARDSON as a pseudonym.
