Anna Mikhailovna Avdeeva

Anna Michailovna Avdeyeva ( Russian Анна Михайловна Авдеева , English transcription Anna Avdeyeva ; born April 6, 1985 in Orenburg ) is a Russian shot putter .

At the 2007 World Championships in Osaka, she was eliminated in qualification.

In 2009 Avdejewa was sixth at the European Indoor Championships in Turin and fifth at the World Championships in Berlin .

In 2010 she first took fourth place at the World Indoor Championships in Doha and moved up to silver after the doping disqualifications of the Belarusians Nadseja Astaptschuk and Natallja Michnewitsch . Avdejewa won bronze at the European Championships in Barcelona . She won the title at the European Indoor Championships in 2011 .

In 2013 Avdejewa was banned from the Russian Athletics Federation for doping for two years.
