Art LaFleur

Art LaFleur (born September 9, 1943 in Gary , Indiana ) is an American actor .

Life

He graduated with a football - scholarship at the University of Kentucky . He then moved to Chicago , where he opened a saloon in 1969 and a bar in 1973 before taking acting lessons. Originally he wanted to be a writer. But a friend convinced him that he should try acting first, so LaFleur moved to Los Angeles in 1975 . After he played Michael Cristofer's play Black Angel in the Mark Taper Forum in 1978 , he was given the opportunity to join the Screen Actors Guild , which allowed him to participate in several film projects.

LaFleur achieved greater fame in the following years, above all as a character actor, who was cast as a supporting actor in countless film and television projects. He played supporting roles in films such as WarGames - War Games , Die City-Cobra and Feld der Träume and appeared in individual episodes in series such as Das A-Team , Emergency Room - Die Notaufnahme and Malcolm in the middle of it .
