The station Igersheim and current breakpoint Igersheim is an operating agency of the railway line Crailsheim-Königshofen . It is located in Igersheim in the Main-Tauber district in Baden-Württemberg .

history

The reception building was built in 1869. On October 23, 1869, the Royal Württemberg State Railways opened the station with the Crailsheim - Mergentheim section . There used to be a gatekeeper at the Igersheim stop. In 2019 the stop was comprehensively modernized and made barrier-free .

Monument protection

The former station building in Bahnhofstrasse is a listed building and is part of the Bad Mergentheim – Crailsheim railway line: Württembergische Taubertalbahn with stations, auxiliary buildings, bridges, track systems and all stationary and movable accessories.
