Batıbeyli (Kurd. Zifker ) is a village in the Diyadin district of the Turkish province of Ağrı . Batıbeyli is located in Eastern Anatolia at 2,240 m above sea level, about 25 km west of Diyadin.

Before the name was changed to Batıbeyli, the village was called Zifker. This name comes from "zîvker", the Kurdish word for silversmith. The original name is recorded at the land registry office.

In 1945, 148 people lived in what was then Zifker. In 1985 there were 1,046 people living in Batıbeyli and in 2009 the village still had 676 inhabitants.
