Göğebakan ( Turkish for sky- gazer ) ( Kurd. Kapuzan ) is a village in the Diyadin district of the Turkish province of Ağrı . It is located at 1,950 m above sea ​​level , approx. 3 km south of the district capital and in 2009 had a total of 26 inhabitants. The name Kapuzan is the original name. This is also recorded as such in the land register.
