Satıcılar ( Kurd. District ) is a village in the Diyadin district of the Turkish province of Ağrı . Satıcılar is located in Eastern Anatolia at 2,020 m above sea level, about 16 km north of Diyadin.

The original name of Satıcılar ( Turkish for seller ) is Bezirgân. Bezirgân is of Kurdish or Persian origin and means "trader" in both languages. The name was changed after 1945. The 1945 census still lists the village in the form of district. The name Bezirgan is registered with the land registry office.

In 1945 there were 96 people in the then district. 96 In 1985, 1,123 people lived in Satıcılar and in 2009 the village had 622 inhabitants.
