Heybeliyurt (kurd. Cücan ) is a village in the Diyadin district of the Turkish province of Ağrı . Heybeliyurt is located in Eastern Anatolia at 1890 m above sea level, about 16 km west of Diyadin.

Before it was renamed Heybeliyurt, the village was called Cücan. This name is still in use and is registered with the land registry office.

Between 1985 and 2000 the population increased from 353 to 372 inhabitants. In 2009 there were 384 people in Heybeliyurt.
