The diocese of Mondovi ( Lat. Dioecesis Montis Regalis in Pedemonte o Montis Vici , ital. Diocese of Mondovi ) is in Italy situated Roman Catholic diocese based in Mondovi .

history

The diocese Mondovì was on June 5, 1388 by Pope Urban VI. established with the Apostolic Constitution Salvator Noster and subordinated to the Archdiocese of Milan as a suffragan . On October 29, 1511, the Mondovì diocese gave up parts of its territory to establish the Saluzzo diocese . The diocese was subordinated to the Archdiocese of Turin as a suffragan on May 21, 1515 .
