Bo Svenson
Boris Lee Holder "Bo" Svenson (born February 13, 1941 in Gothenburg , Sweden ) is an American film actor , film director , screenwriter and film producer .
Life
The son of a Russian mother and a Swedish father emigrated to the United States as a teenager, where he served in the United States Marine Corps from 1959 to 1965 . Svenson had his first television appearance in 1965 in an episode of the television series Flipper , after which he was continuously present on the screen. Above all, he played northern European types, often villains. He is also a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences .
In addition, he made a name for himself as a competitive athlete, including in the fields of judo , ice hockey and car racing . His athletic qualifications also secured him a good position in the action film genre .
Svenson is married with three daughters and lives in Pacific Palisades , California .
