European Boxing Championships 1951
The ninth men's European Amateur Boxing Championships for amateurs were from 14. May bis 19th May 1951 in the Italian Milan held. After 1937 these were the second European championships in Milan.
After a reform of the weight classes, titles were awarded in ten weight classes for the first time . In addition, for the first time two bronze medals per weight class were awarded to the semi-finalists below. Italy won four titles, making them the strongest team.
