European Boxing Championships 2004
The 35th men's European Amateur Boxing Championships for amateurs were from February 19 to 29. February 2004 in Croatian Pula discharged.
292 boxers from 41 countries competed for the title in eleven weight classes. The tournament in Pula also served to qualify for the Summer Olympics in Athens in August . The 27-year-old Russian Gaidarbek Gaidarbekow received the “Best Fighter Award”. Russian boxers won a total of nine titles, one title each to Bulgaria and Germany.
