Bruce Millan
Bruce Millan (born October 5, 1927 in Dundee , † February 21, 2013 in Glasgow ) was a Scottish Labor Party politician .
1959 to 1988 he was a member of the British Parliament. In the James Callaghan government , he served as Minister of Scotland from 1976 to 1979 . When he left Parliament in 1988, Jim Sillars of the Scottish National Party was his successor.
In 1989 he became European Commissioner for Regional Policy and Cohesion , which he remained until 1995.
