Buddy Ogün

Buddy Ogün (born February 29, 1984 ) is a German comedian and solo entertainer from Hamburg, who plays various fictional characters in his skits . He became famous for his YouTube videos, which have been online since December 2006. Since May 2009 Buddy Ogün has been under contract with Sony Music Entertainment .

Life

All that is known about the person behind the fictional characters is that he comes from Hamburg-Eimsbüttel and that he passed his Abitur at the Kaiser-Friedrich-Ufer high school .

He has been nicknamed "Buddy" since early childhood. He got to know many cultures through playing soccer. Buddy taught himself to play the piano.

Buddy applied to the drama school in Berlin in 2004. However, the judges advised him not to act and try comedy.

Videos and television appearances

Since 2006 Buddy Ogün has released the episodes “Buddy Ogün” 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 5.0 and 6.0, plus several skits and the music video for his song “Roughrider of Love” that was released in August 2009. In 2009, Buddy Ogün conducted a posed interview with Kool Savas on hiphop.de .
