Eva Högl won the direct mandate for the SPD in the Berlin-Mitte constituency in the 2013 federal election . Both Philipp Lengsfeld and Özcan Mutlu entered the Bundestag via the respective state lists of their parties. With 28.2 percent Eva Högl won the direct mandate with the lowest percentage of first votes of all direct mandates in the whole of Germany.
