Uehlfeld Castle

The castle Uehlfeld , including Castle Uehlfeld called, was a medieval castle in Uehlfeld (Burggasse 5) in the district of Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim in Bavaria .

The castle was destroyed in the Peasants' War (1524-1525).

In the middle of the 18th century, a stable house , a single-storey saddle roof building with a one-sided plastered half-timbered gable, was built on the remains of the walls of the castle , whereby the remains of a round tower made of ashlar and quarry stone masonry were integrated.
