Caio Pessagno (born April 20, 1987 in São Paulo ) is a professional Brazilian poker player who mainly plays online . He led the online poker world rankings for a total of 11 weeks .

Poker career

Pessagno initially only watched poker on TV and played with friends. He has been playing online since 2006 under the nickname pessagno on the PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker platforms and as cpessagno at partypoker . His tournament revenue is more than 8 million US dollars , with almost 6.5 million dollars, the majority of which was earned on PokerStars . In July 2013, Pessagno took first place in the PocketFives ranking for the first time , which lists the most successful online tournament players. In total, he held this position for 11 weeks. On PokerStars he became in 2012 the Team Pro Online of Team PokerStars added, where he remained until November 2016th

You can also see Pessagno occasionally at live tournaments , for example he has already taken part in the Brazilian Series of Poker (BSOP) several times . In 2010 and 2011 he was named the best Brazilian poker player by SuperPoker and CardPlayerBrasil .
