Caja Rural-Seguros RGA is a Spanish cycling team based in Pamplona .

The team was founded in 2010 as the Continental Team . The manager is Juan Manuel Hernández, who is supported by the sporting directors Iñaki Juanikorena and Eugenio Goikoetxea. The Caja Rural team has been an amateur team since 1992. At that time it emerged from the Club Ciclista Burunda. In their 18 years in the amateur field, they produced riders like José Vicente García , Egoi Martínez , Iker Flores , Aitor González and Mikel Gaztañaga , among others . The team has been licensed as a UCI Professional Continental Team since 2011 .

In December 2019, the team was suspended by the World Cycling Federation Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) after a second positive doping test over a period of less than a year (Domingos Gonçalves and Jaime Rosón).
