Charles-Marc Secretan

Charles-Marc Secretan (born October 9, 1773 in Ecublens , † December 20, 1842 in Lausanne ) was a Swiss politician .

Before Secretan became mayor of Lausanne, he was secretary to the police chief and later administrator. He held the office of mayor from December 29, 1815 until his death on December 20, 1842. He was an advocate of liberal ideas.
