The Comitè Olímpic Andorrà (COA) is the umbrella organization for sport in the Principality of Andorra . It was founded in 1971 and was admitted to the International Olympic Committee in 1975 during its session in Lausanne . Member organizations of the COA are 26 sports associations, 18 of them in Olympic and 8 in non-Olympic sports.
The chairman of the committee is Jaume Martì Mandicò and the general secretary is Manuel Fernàndez Hermoso . The seat is in Andorra la Vella .
The Comitè Olímpic Andorrà performs all tasks for the participation of Andorran athletes in the Olympic Games , the Mediterranean Games and the Games of the small states of Europe .
