The Communauté de communes Montaigu-Rocheservière is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Vendée in the region of Pays de la Loire . It was founded on December 5, 2016 and currently comprises ten communities. The administrative headquarters are located in Montaigu-Vendée (until 2018 in the district of Montaigu ).

Historical development

The community association was created with effect from January 1, 2017 from the merger of the predecessor organizations

With effect from January 1, 2019, the former municipalities of Montaigu , Boufféré , La Guyonnière , Saint-Georges-de-Montaigu and Saint-Hilaire-de-Loulay became part of the Montaigu-Vendée nouvelle commune . This reduced the number of member churches to ten.
