The Communauté de communes de l'Estuaire - Canton de Saint-Ciers-sur-Gironde is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Gironde in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It was founded on April 14, 1995 and comprises 14 municipalities (as of January 1, 2019). The administrative headquarters are in Braud-et-Saint-Louis .

Historical development

With effect from January 1, 2019, the former municipalities of Saint-Caprais-de-Blaye and Marcillac became part of the Commune nouvelle Val-de-Livenne . This reduced the number of member communities to 14.
