Reignac Town Hall (Mairie)

Reignac is a municipality with 1599 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the French department of Gironde in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Blaye and the canton of L'Estuaire (until 2015: canton of Saint-Ciers-sur-Gironde ). The inhabitants are called Reignacois .

geography

Reignac is about 44 kilometers north-northeast of Bordeaux . Reignac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Donnezac in the east, Saint-Savin in the south-east, Saugon in the south, Campugnan and Cartelègue in the south-west, Étauliers in the west and Val-de-Livenne in the north-west and north.

The A10 autoroute runs through the municipality .
