Saint-Savin is located about 36 kilometers north-northeast of Bordeaux . The Moron rises on the eastern edge of the municipality . Saint-Savin is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Donnezac in the north, Bussac-Forêt in the northeast, Saint-Yzan-de-Soudiac in the east, Saint-Mariens in the southeast, Civrac-de-Blaye in the south, and Saint-Christoly-de-Blaye in the West as well as Saugon and Reignac in the northwest.
