Saint-Martin-Lacaussade is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Genès-de-Blaye in the north and north-west, Saint-Seurin-de-Cursac in the north and north-east, Saint-Paul in the east and north-east, Cars in the south and east and Blaye in the West.
