Civrac-de-Blaye is located about 32 kilometers north-northeast of Bordeaux . Civrac-de-Blaye is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Savin in the north, Saint-Mariens in the east and northeast, Cézac in the south, Pugnac in the southwest, Saint-Vivien-de-Blaye in the west and Saint-Christoly-de-Blaye in the West and northwest.

The A10 car route runs along the western edge of the municipality .
